Tirtha Yatra

Become a Sahyogi

Avyani's Yatras are carried by Sahyogis: the guide at the Tirtha, the dharamshala or guest house, the bus or taxi, the kitchen, the conductor, the palki and pony. Every Sahyogi is verified by Avyani and is paid the declared amount by a fixed date. If you serve pilgrims, apply here.

Who can be a Sahyogi

  • Tirtha Pathpradarshak: a guide who knows the Tirtha, its darshan order and its ways
  • Aavas: a dharamshala, guest house or hotel that gives clean rooms to pilgrims
  • Vahan: a bus, tempo traveller or taxi with its papers and permit in order
  • Bhojan: a kitchen or bhojanalaya that serves sattvik meals
  • Yatra Sanchalak: a person or organisation that conducts a whole journey with the group
  • Seva Sahayak: palki, pony and porter services on a mountain path

How it works

  1. Apply below with your name, type and phone. Avyani calls you back.
  2. Avyani links a site account to your file; from it you send your identity and licence documents. They are kept privately and never shown on the site.
  3. Avyani checks the documents and verifies you. Your name, type and city then appear on the Yojanas you serve; nobody is graded or ranked.
  4. For every Yatra Sankalp that names you, the declared amount is paid to your account by the fixed date.

Avyani asks no money from a Sahyogi to be listed. Your phone, address and bank details are stored encrypted and are seen by Avyani alone.
